Then I found his post where he claims The Internet is Not a Free Speech Zone
And he writes how a blogger can destroy another blogger Internet carrier!

Is “I only want to silence you!” is not Fascism? When someone denies you your rights to Free Speech in a society and oppresses you as a human being it is Fascism.
