Youtube and Google Censors Users

I sent this complaint email to Youtube, Google, and ACLU, but I still did not get a responds. Email was sent on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 12:36 A, Japan time, which is 8:00 Am Pacific Time. Youtube is a 24 hour Global company, owned by Google.

Subject: Youtube complaint about Igorberger video being banned

I believe my video of Japanese Girl Orgasm was improperly removed. Their is no sexual scene in the video. It is a parody video of a girl having an orgasm.

This creative video has been Banned by Youtube. While Youtube allows porn and Anti-Semitism videos it Censors creative videos.

I received a warning that the video is inappropriate. I have been using Youtube for almost 2 years now and never had a problem.

Am I being penalized because someone other member on Youtube does not like me and is gamming the system?

Youtbe Censors creative videos while it allows Porn and Anti-Semitism videos to show on its network!!!

I want this matter addressed or I will share my grievance with other members of Social Media via FaceBook and other Social Media networks.

I tried to find the Video Clip of RandFish shooting a gun, but he managed to get it off Youtube. Rand is really good at manipulating information, he even got his article off Wikipedia, according Jonathen Hochman a Wikipedia editor.

Now why RandFish was even practicing using a gun by shooting it in the air? He is after Jason Calacanis! He hates the Dude and wants him Rubbed Out!

Now while all these four SEO hate Google for keeping an eye on them 24/7 so they do not violate Google Quality Guidelines They probably hate me even more, because I am always on top of them, in their Face!

They probably have a Voodoo doll of Igor The Troll and sticking pins into it, wishing for me to disappear! I would like to give you all the dirt on them, because yes they have a lot of baggage, even Danny Boy, but I fear for my life, that I may get a Contract out on me!

Do not get me wrong, they really not some tough Mafia guys, although they act like one’s; still they have contributed a lot to SEO - Search Engine Optimization. But they are a Dieing Bread! The SEO Divas.

Wikipedia has a really great description for a Diva as a Social Media Network user.

A Wikipedia diva is a long time user who believes he is more important than other editors, and requires regular validation of that belief. Validation is obtained by storming off the project in a huff - a “retirement” or “Wikibreak” accompanied by a long diatribe against whatever petty issue drove them away this time.

Invariably, this diatribe attracts a flood of “please don’t go” messages, along with plenty of support for the diva’s side of the dispute that triggered the latest “retirement”. The end result is that the diva gets exactly what he craves - validation and support - and returns to the project triumphant, at least until the next petty conflict.

Do not get me wrong. SEO is important but not as much these guys make you want to believe it is. The basis of SEO you can list on your hands using your fingers! More than any kind of Voodoo, SEO it is content. Content is King! Just ask Matt Cutts and he will confirm with me! You make an interesting page Internet users will read it and link to it. Search engines will indexes it, and more users will find it in search results. Do not try to game the search engines, it is a losing battle, and if you get caught you will be crying, “Why Google does not like me!” at GWHF. You do not want to go there. They treat you like Shit. Just ask Adam Lasnik the Google search engine Evangelist.

I got the inspiration to do this post from my friend Skye B. She is into the Paranormal, being that she has had an encounter with death more than once.

She just come out of the hospital after an operation on her heart, and I wish her all the luck in the world.

She promised me on Twitter to write the post “The Death of SEO”. She is going to talk about the lingering SEO Ghosts - the SEO Divas!

I think we as Webmasters hold a dear affection for Google software engineer Matt Cutts.

I welcome all SEOs, Social Media Consultants, and Webmasters to pay Tribute to Matt Cutts the Father of SEO!

Here is what I am about with Google.

I had no interest talking Google for 6 years, running my small travel agency business in Thailand, I have a Website that I was slowly building and providing a service to the travel community. One day I went to phpfreaks.com forum to get a Website review and was humiliated and made fun of because the colors of the Website are not agronomic and it looked bad in Opera, because I did not have time to make it cross browser interoperability.

One user accused me of Spamming Google with keyword stuffing, and a few days latter, my Website was deindexed from Google index after being in it for 6 years. Besides getting a tiny salary from my partially owned Thai company I was getting some extra income form Adsense and another affiliate program.

Was I being Black hat, No! I stuffed a bit to get some extra traffic, but it was not an MFA website just a few doorway pages that were a list of city and country destinations with a airfare prices, no redirects nothing like that, just a list!

My company provides jobs for 10 employees and puts food on their tables and their family tables! My company barely surviving and only doing so because of trust and continues patronage of our dear customers who we been serving for 15 years now!

Google turned to be our judge and executioner!

I found Matt’s blog, deleted the three pages, requested a reinclussion request and joined Google Webmaster help Group. A week later my Website was back in the index. I took off Adsense because I have no reason to send my customers to Google for the pence it was earning me, after I removed the extra visitors that were coming to the Website, from the 3 list pages. I also disallowed the affiliate pages, not to leak Google juice.

At GWHG, I felt that, being that I was pardoned, I should give back to the Webmaster community, and volunteered my knowledge to help other Webmasters. I was made fun and ridiculed and was told there is no such thing as SandBox, Google Juice leak, that I should not disallow affiliate pages, there is no duplicate canonicalization penalty!

To the contrary, all these things are now written in GQG. I was mentally ganged rapped by a few regulars to have Adam ban me from the group!

I since, made peace with the regulars so have nothing negative against them, and I forgave Adam Lasnik for being irresponsible and unprofessional for not stepping in earlier and doing his job as a group manager and moderating the flame war!

But what I cannot forgive and forget, that when I turned to Matt Cutts for help as a fatherly figured to webmasters, he banned me from his blog with a public lynching statement on how to ban a user with a MySql Nuke command!

Matt I’ve been programming FORTRAN before you can even write your C++ snippet! So I am not impressed!

Google and Matt made me, I am their worse nightmare. I am the Avenging Angle, for the under dog, the little Webmaster, because I know what it is to be persecuted and ostracized, to be labeled! I even wear the Moniker Igor The Troll as The Red Badge of courage, proudly on my chest!

I am still banned from Google Webmaster Help Group, even though it is a public domain and Google has no rights to ban its user from customer support group!

I will stand proud and strong with Andy Beard and Aaron Wall in advocating the rights of Webmasters against Google and its Evil leader Dr. Matt Cutts.

Matt you are a Hypocrite, not Webmaster’s friend!
