The Jewish People

Friday, July 11th, 2008

To my Jewish brothers and sisters! We The Jewish People are a nation of people who are strong together! Now in diaspora as for centuries we are fighting for our rights as people.

We as Jewish people have been persecuted by other races since God gave us Israel through the hand of Abraham our patriarch. One exile after another we were condemned to bondage and suffering!

We have been in Bondage in Egypt brought out by Moses via an Exodus! We have been in Babylonian Captivity. The Romans dispersion of the Jews from Israel after the Bar Kokhba Revolt. The religious persecution of the Jews under Spanish Inquisition. Then again Anti-Jewish pogroms in the Russian Empire. Then under the Nazi Germany we went trough Holocaust and almost exterminated by Hitler.

Now most of us are in Israel fighting with our Palestinian brothers to defend our land, or we are in America getting rich. Still many of us are scattered all over the world!

Being Jewish is not just a religion but a way of life. It does not matter if you live in Israel or in another part of the world, you are still Jewish!

As Jewish people why have we been so persecuted and despised by other people? Could it be because we do not respect people? Could it be that we are scared and just want to be left alone? Could it be that we are afraid to be Jewish?

If we want other people to respect us as a race we need to respect each other first! We need to stop being afraid! We need to believe in who we are!

Jewish Diaspora Immigrants

I fear if we fail to stand up and speak against injustice! If we fail to fight against oppression! If we fail to fight for Human Rights and for Freedom of Speech, America will be the next land of Jewish persecution!

It is not just about businesses and leave me alone! It is about all people Jewish and non-Jewish! Respect and stand up for your fellow human beings!

Freedom of Speech

Monday, June 30th, 2008

We often cry that our rights of Freedom of Speech as granted to us by the United States Constitution under the Bill of Rights first amendment have been violated!

But do we not violate the Freedom of Speech of others? As Bloggers we block and ban other Bloggers just because we disagree with their opinions. We delete their comments from our blogs, we block them on Twitter, we block them on our Friend Feed.

Are Bloggers the biggest Hypocrites the world has seen?

If we do not guard the rights to Freedom of Speech we will lose them. I feel we have already lost them because Amerika is a Fascist State!

But the rights to Freedom of Speech are not granted to us by America, but granted to us by God! Only He giveth and He taketh!

Fight for your rights to Freedom of Speech!

Japanese Women Vanity

Saturday, June 21st, 2008

I will probably get a lot of slack and criticism for this but what the Hell.

I made this video as a social experiment to dissect female sexuality in Japan. While the topic will require a lot more than a blog post because of its mass complexity, this might be a good impetuous for a debate and analysis.

Sexy Young Girls in Japan

I am a Human Rights Activist and I disagree how Japanese women behave towards themselves and towards men!

Japanese women and men suppress their sexuality until it explodes in a mad crescendo!

Abraham - Isaac - God

Abraham - Isaac - God

Two Jewish rabbis yesterday called for a peaceful end of Israel saying that the existence of the “Israeli state” was contradictory to the Jewish law.

This what a Newsvine.com Jewish rabbis call for dismantling Israel article says, dated Fri May 2, 2008.

My comments were deleted by the author of the article Dennis P. McCann so I am creating this post with my comments.

A user asked if the Rabbis are legitimate and does Israel have a right to exist!

First of all I did not make these two people Rabbis, so how can I vouch for their legitimacy? I also do not know how one becomes a Rabbi because I am not a Rabbi. Is a Rabbi appointed by the congregation, by another Rabbi, or self appointed? Moses taught God’s Law to the Hebrews, was he a Rabbi or was he a man of God? There is one tribe the Levi of Israel that is suppose to guard the Holly scriptures - the Torah, the Talmud, and other scrolls. Are these Rabbi of the Levi?

Moses is a Levi but did he get the Hebrew Law from a book or from God? Moses is a descendant of Levi. In the Hebrew Bible it says that Levi are the keepers of the Holly scriptures. Jacob - Israel is the father of Levi. Jacob is the descendant of Abraham.

So both Abraham and Jacob are not Levi but they spoke with God and passed God’s words to their descendants. Jewish people are children of Israel. I presume the Rabbis are Jewish! LOL How are they interpreting God’s Law I do not know.

The land of Israel was given to Abraham by God in a covenant between Abraham and God. So if you question Israel existence you need to talk to God.

Now for the State of Israel which was created bu U.N. So if you have a question about that talk to U.N.

Zionist believe in the creation of the State of Israel and believe that all Jews should go back to live in the State of Israel, although modern Zionist have different views on this as well. I am not a Zionist so I cannot speak on their behalf. Is to be Jewish one has to be a Zionist? No! And thank God for that, otherwise there may not be any Jewish people left alive today.

Judaism is a religion and one can live any place they wish and still be Jewish. Jewish people are of Hebrew origin. Abraham and Jacob are Hebrews. Jewish name comes from the tribe of Judah, which is one of the tribes of Israel. Are Jewish people - race descendants of Abraham the Hebrew? Yes.

Should have the State of Israel have been created? The U.N. has decided that Jewish people should have a country of their own. I as a Jewish person do not really care where I live. I do care about having a passport because I need one, and it is an Israeli passport.

If tomorrow U.N will call some over land the State of Israel will I be able to do anything about that? Maybe it will be the Japanese island of Kyushu, or the American Island of Manhattan, or even Thai island of Koh Pangan?

What ever the land location that would be called the State of Israel that would be the State of Israel, and I would have a passport from the State of Israel. To me Israel is a believe not a piece of land, but to other Jewish people it may be different.

Should the State of Israel have been created in the first place? Yes it should have. Every people need a country. Was the location appropriately chosen by U.N.? Well should U.N. have chosen Berlin, Saint Petersburg, or maybe even Hollywood? So as you can see, based on the Bible the location was chosen appropriately.

If you would like a different location for the State of Israel, please talk to the U.N., not me!

This was the long answer. Here comes the short answer.

Does Israel have a right to exist? Yes. Does the State of Israel has a right to exist? Yes. Do Jewish people have a right to exist? Yes.

Anymore questions regarding Israel, the State of Israel, Jewish people, Judaism, or the Hebrews you are more than welcome to address them to me, and I will try to answer them to the best of my ability.

Welcome to Myanmar

Mae Sai Myanmar Thailand Border

A bunch of years ago, before Thailand and Myanmar opened up their Northern border, I was traveling in the North of Thailand, around Mae Sai.

Mae Sai is a small border town on the Thai side that has little of value to offer besides some stalls that sell souvenirs from Myanmar, but the border itself is intriguing. Well 18 years ago standing on the Thai side of the river, I was guessing of how life in Myanmar was. I observed Thai and Myanmar people were able to cross the bridge that divided the two countries. I was told by the Thai locals that the bridge crossing was only for Thai and Myanmar people and that foreigners – farang were not allowed to cross to Myanmar from Thailand.

Being that I have traveled to many countries on my travels I felt bad that I could not enter Myanmar, but that was how things stood. All of a sudden, a bunch of young lads came over to my Japanese girlfriend and me, peddling cartons of Marlboro cigarettes. They were asking 11 usd per carton. I was a thrifty devil and always tried to get a better price. So, I asked them if the price was cheaper on the Myanmar side. They replied that it was. Being a smarty-pants that I was, I observed that the local people that were crossing to Myanmar did not show any id but just simply crossed. I figured why couldn’t my Japanese girlfriend just cross to Myanmar and buy Marlboro cigarettes at a cheaper price there. The boys told me that there is a market on the Myanmar side where you can buy Marlboro cigarettes.

I implored my lady friend for a while and she finally agreed to do the deed. I had no idea how much cheaper were the cigarettes there, but buying at the source was the intent.
She crossed from Thailand to Myanmar, disappearing from my sight in the sea of other people. I had nothing to do but be content to wait her return. I went to a coffee shop near by and waddled the time away. 30 minutes have passed, and she was not back. Another 30 minutes and still no sign of her. 2 hours have passed, and I was worried as shit! “Why was she not back?” I thought to myself. A few minutes latter I saw her silhouette emerge from the crowd. She was sobbing alligator tears. “Kayo Chan, what is wrong?” I asked her as she neared me. “They would not let me go until I paid them 300 usd!” She replied. “Oh my God!” I exclaimed. “What is wrong with them?” “Only Thai people are allowed to cross into Myanmar as you knew. So I had to pay them a fine or they threatened to take me to Yangon - the capital, for investigation!” She said. “Wow, but you did not have any cash on you! How did you pay them?” I said. “They made me sign over my travel checks to them. They did not even take a photocopy of my passport!” She cried out.

I was angry, but there was nothing I could have done. My girl crossed illegally into Myanmar. Thai ladies went in and out of Myanmar without being checked for documents. The Myanmar border patrol guards knew she was not Thai when they let her pass! It was all a ploy to collect a fine from her, which for sure they pocketed, because she did not get any official receipt! Heck, they even took travel checks! The balls on these Assholes! But there was nothing we could have done, and I just thanked God that my baby was safe in my arms. “Kayo Chan, do not worry,” I consoled her. “It was all my fault. I should not have sent you across to buy cigarettes for me. It was really stupid of me, and I am just glad that you are back safe in Thailand.” But my girlfriend, through her tears, expressed to me that she was not angry with me, but angry at the military guards for stealing 300 usd from her.

Myanmar Military Junta is a Corrupt Regime

The story that I’ve just told you happened 18 years ago. The border crossing between Thailand and Myanmar is now officially open for foreign nationals for a day pass with a fee of 10 usd and a 7 day inland pass for a few hundred kilometers at a higher price. Still the border area around Mae Sai on the Myanmar side is being well guarded because of the Karen refuges who are being pushed out of Myanmar to reside illegally in Thailand refuge camps. With some living there under less then hospitable conditions for up to 20 years. Thailand just does not want them, and makes it very hard for them to come into the Thai society. While most Myanmar citizens are living bellow any imaginable level of poverty, the military junta splurges vivaciously on banquets and weddings for their top echelon members. “Strings of diamonds, cascades of champagne and tens of millions of dollars worth of gifts would be considered ostentatious at any wedding. But in Burma, one of the poorest countries in Asia, the luxury on display in a video of the wedding laid on by the head of the junta, General Than Shwe, for his daughter, has left Burmese people up in arms!” Said Jonathan Watts, east Asia correspondent The Guardian. 50 million usd were spent on the lavish wedding!

I am a Criminal in Japan

Thursday, April 3rd, 2008

I have this interesting habit of walking around trying to pick up young girls. Not that it works that good, but it is fun to do. That is how I met my wife in the first place. I met her on West 4th Street subway station, in NYC. I just came over to her and said, “Nice Bag!” So we went from there. ;-)

Now living in Japan it is a bit harder to do than in New York City, but I still attempt to try my luck, just for fun.

Osaka Japan Girls

Osaka Japan Girls

Recently I went to Mio, a fashion mall building in Tenoji, Osaka Japan. The place has many clothing shops and many young sexy girls work at the shops as well as come shopping there. My usual self, I strolled around from shop to shop trying to start a conversation with a sales girl. They like to talk to westerners but are a bit shy when approached. It does not bother me, because I am not shy at all. I usually get an email address and a phone number, but find it hard to get anything going past that.

As I came up to the second floor of the 11 floors building I bumped into a few cute High School girls. They were all giggly and friendly with me, trying to practice their broken English. I knew I was not getting some from them, but was game, just for fun. I joked around with them, not that they understood my jokes, but they would laugh when I would say, “American Joke!” at the end of the Joke! That is the sort of weird sense of humor they have in Japan. They do not understand the joke but tend to laugh when you say, “American Joke!” At the end of our tryst, I wanted to get a little memory of the meet and pulled out my mobile phone to snap their picture. They smiled with a V sign! I wanted to be included in the picture, but they vehemently objected and pulled a way as soon as I brought my face next to theirs. Again, they asked me to take their picture only. I said no, I wanted a picture with all of us together. They would not agree, so I walked away!

As I went up the escalator to the third floor, I noticed a building’s security guard. First, I payed him no mind and continued strolling into different shops looking to strike a conversation with a nice girl. As I went from shop to shop I noticed the guy, ever so gently, on my back, following me. I took the escalator to the 4th floor and stopped right as I got off the steps, waiting to see if the private Pig comes around. Lo and behold, the Dick showed up like a bad nickel. I approached the excuse for a man, and said to him, “Why are you following me?” The Ass Wipe replied, “I am not following you!” I turned way in discuss and went about my business. My got feeling told me the guard was stalking me, but there was nothing I can do! I was in their building. I thought to myself, “What an intrusion of privacy!”

I continued walking around, slowly going up from floor to floor, but the Buzzkill took the fun out of the game. As I came up to the 8th floor, I decided to visit a friend who had an accessory shop there. I use to have an import company and manufactured, imported and distributed fashion accessories. I came into the shop and started chatting with a manger that I use to make business with some years back. This company had a few stores and the employees remembered me pretty well, because my company use to sell a lot to their company. The manager was very friendly with me, and we reminisced and talked about how well the business use to be and how it sucked now. All of a sudden, 5 or 6 security guards surrounded the store staring at me with protruding eyes, ready to come down for the kill. At that point I knew something had to be done! I came out of the store, and in indignation protested, “What do you want!” The manager came out to help me out. We were all talking in Japanese, which I knew very well after living in Japan for 18 years. I said to the guards that I am visiting my old customer and asked them why are they following me from store to store. They replied that they are not following me. I went back to the store, but the idiots just kept standing there and would not go away. I came out again and said, “What do you want?” Finally one guard told me that some customers complained to the guards that I asked them for money. I said, “What The Fuck!” and showed them a 1,000 usd that I had in my wallet. I said to them, “Look I have fucken money and just visiting a friend! I use to make big business with this company and have no reason to walk around begging money from people.” My manager friend concurred and told them not to worry, that we are just talking. At that point they relented and walked away.

I was angry and a bit ashamed in front of my friend. I knew Japanese people are a bit scared of foreigners but this was total paranoia! I decided to call it a day and said goodbye to my friend. As I was walking out of the building, I noticed a couple of westerners greeting customers at the door to the store. I found it a bit ironic, being that the mall was so paranoid with foreigners but had westerners working as greaters, welcoming Japanese customers. I told the two employees what had just happened to me. They kind of laughed at the accident and said it is nothing new, that the store’s policy is to follow all foreigners until they leave the store. I said, “Dudes, you got to be Shitting me!” They replied, “No, it is the truth!” I am like Fuck, these people are weired. So this shit was never about me, but they stalked me just because I am a Gaijin!

I was really mad at that point. I have been living in Japan for 18 years and I am being seen as a criminal by the Japanese society. Suddenly I saw this guy standing around with the mall’s id card hanging of his neck! I went over to talk to him, to raise a complaint about my ordeal. He turned out to be the manager of the mall. We went upstairs to the offices to have a civil discussion. I explained to the mall’s manager what had just happened. I told him I was very upset and demanded an apology. I said to him that the store has no right to follow foreigners around, just because they are afraid of them. He said that the store does not have a policy like that, and that he will call the security guards supervisor to find out what really happened. The security guards supervisor came over and told me, that the reason that the guards followed me was because the girls that I met on the second floor, the girls whose picture I did not take, complained that I asked them for money. I was really ticked at the time. I said, “Where are the girls? I want them to say that to my face!” The guard replied, “They complained and left the store.” I said, “Based on a story of High School girls you going to follow a customer around the store? Why didn’t you just ask me and the girls to come over to your office and find out what really happened, instead of following me around like a criminal?” At that point the guy was speechless. He knew the girls were bullshitting, otherwise I would have been brought to the security office, but he still had his man follow me around! I said to him that his man embarrassed me in front of my customer and they did not even have proof that I did something wrong. He started telling me that it is his job to protect the mall. I said, “Protect the mall? How about my human rights! Don’t you have respect for people, or you just believe some teenagers wild story, just because they are Japanese and the other person is a foreigner?” I named my customer’s company and a few other big people in the industry! At that point they got scared and started apologizing to me. He and the mall manager said to me that next time someone complains they will investigate and talk to the parties involved before jumping to conclusions.

Prisoner in Japan

prisoner in Japan

In Japan quite a few young women play this game blaming males for all kind of weired things, especially Chikan! Even though Chikan - sexually groping of a woman in public places - does happen, very often it has evolved to some sort of fantasy for attention by Japanese women. I am glad the mischievous girls did not blame me for that. ;-) Looks like the young girls were just angry that I did not take their picture, thinking a westerner did not think them attractive, and they retaliated with a little long tale. No harm done, teenagers like to play. But security guards at that mall really need to get their shit together and stop being paranoid about foreigners!

Even though, Japan as a whole has opened up to western culture adopting food, fashion, and music, Japanese people overall still feel uncomfortable around western people. They are like little children. They are interested in western people but scared at the same time. Sometime Japanese women send wrong signals to western men. They act like they are interested in a man, but they are really just interested in the culture and the English language. One must be aware of this when coming to Japan. Still my beef is not really with the Japanese society and how they are fearful of westerners, while intrigued by the culture.

My real concern is how the people of whole world have become distrustful of each other. Living in New York City in the 80’s people were very free and open minded. It was easy to meet someone on the street or in a coffee shop and strike a conversation with them and even take things to a higher level. But as the 90’s rolled around people became kind of cold. As I walked down the street people would avoid looking at each other, as if everyone was behind some protective barrier. After 9/11 things gotten even worse. Everyone is paranoid about everyone. This is not only in United States but all over the world. On the Internet we feel comfortable, chat, and socialize with each other, but in person we get defensive and bring up the Fire Wall!

No smoking please

Tuesday, March 25th, 2008

About a month ago my wife and I flew from Osaka, Japan to Frankfurt, Germany by Lufthansa airlines, and it was a disaster.

For the past 18 years I have been living in Japan which is a country fool of smokers. Pretty much you can smoke everywhere: in restaurants, bars, coffee shops, train stations, and even hospitals. A few years ago my sister-in-law went to a hospital for a stomach problem. They gave her food via intravenous. When I went to visit her, she was standing in the lobby with a needle up her vein and a bottle of fluid in her hand, while puffing on a cigarette.

Anyway, this is the society I am living in now, so I need my cigarettes. When I take a flight of around 12 hours, my body starts to shake and my mouth dries up. I am addicted to cigarettes! To contravene this problem, I drink a lot of coffee and eat a lot of snacks while I keep shaking. I tried to chew the nicotine gum once, but it did not work that well and I have many fillings so I stopped using it.

On this flight, after about 3 hours, I asked a stewardess for coffee. She made it for me, but after drinking it I did not feel relaxed like I usually do. (Later I found out she gave me decaffeinated coffee.) I started shaking even more and fell down on the floor by the catering space. I could not take it anymore and told her I need to smoke a cigarette and went to a bathroom to smoke. The flight attendants got so angry at me and threatened me with an arrest once we land in Frankfurt. They were even talking about diverting the plane to Siberia. I smoked one more cigarette three hours later, and they locked most of the bathrooms, so passengers had to wait online to use only a few available bathrooms. I even sweared to them that I will not smoke anymore. But they did not care, they did not reopen the bathrooms.

It was a flight from hell! When the plane finally landed in Frankfurt, the paranoid crew had German police meet me at the ramp. The captain started screaming about me being psychologically unstable and dangerous. Once I left the plane the situation came down a bit. I had to pay a 200 Euro fine and was told in order to board on my connecting flight to Austria I would have to get clearance from Lufthansa physician. I saw the doctor and told him that I only feel bad on long flights and the flight to Austria is only one hour so there will not be a problem. He cleared me for the flight, and I was able to board the plane with no problem. Before boarding the plane, a staff from Lufthansa ground authority told me I will need to see a Lufthansa doctor in Vienna who would have to clear me before I can board on my returning flight. Also, the doctor would need to give me nicotine patches. But he said, “If the doctor does not clear you, you will need to go see a psychiatrist and even it maybe required to have a doctor escort you on your flight back to Japan!”

In Vienna, I went to see the recommended doctor and had him clear me for continuing with my flights from Salzburg to Frankfurt, Frankfurt to London, London to Frankfurt, and Frankfurt back to Osaka Japan. He gave me nicotine patches and a nicotine pipe inhaler for extra nicotine if I would have a need for it while I had the patches on. He even made a joke that if he would not have cleared me, I would have to walk back to Japan.

We stayed in Vienna for 3 days sightseeing, and after three days took a train to Anton, Austria for skiing. We skied there for a week. Afterwards, we went to Salzburg by train to fly to Frankfurt. Every hotel we stayed in Austria was no smoking. We had to go on a balcony or outside in the freezing cold to smoke!

No Smoking

No smoking

In Salzburg we went to the airport ready to board the plane, checked in, and went out to smoke our cigarettes. All of a sudden, I heard on a load speaker, ” Mr Igor Berger, please come to the check in counter!” When I came to the check in counter I was told that I will not be able to fly Austrian airline, code sharing with Lufthansa, because I have not been cleared by a doctor to fly. I protested right away, telling them that I went to a doctor in Vienna and he cleared me, and he suppose to fax the clearing paper to Lufthansa in Germany. I even showed them my 150 Euro receipt. She got on the phone and called Lufthansa, who advised her that they did not receive the fax from the doctor. I continued talking to her trying to explain that I have been cleared by Lufthansa doctor. I asked the clerk if she called Germany, and she said no, but she called Vienna. I asked her to call Germany and she complied. She got a hold of Lufthansa Germany who advised her that they did receive the fax from the doctor clearing me, but it was determined by their medical team that it was not enough and I need to have a psychological evaluation. She told me I cannot fly without a psychiatrist authorization. I protested and asked her to call police, because what the airline was doing was not fare. The Lufthansa ground staff in Germany told me if a regular doctor clears me, I will not need to go see a psychiatrist. They were changing requirements as they wished! A policeman and a supervisor came. We had a long discussion about the problem. The supervisor was getting all mad and hot, telling me to go see a psychiatrist in Salzburg and fill out an authorization to fly form. I said, “I was not told of this before and I have to be in London for my business meeting.” I asked to speak with Lufthansa Germany medical team. Speaking to them I implored them to let me fly. They said they will consult with the team members and will advise shortly. I went out for a smoke and waited for about an hour to get an answer from Austrian airline staff. My answer arrived, and I was told that I can fly, but that I was cleared to Frankfurt and then to London and back to Frankfurt only. I will need to call Lufthansa once I am in London to get clearance for the Frankfurt to Japan flight.

I was relieved that I could fly to London but was very worried that they will not let me fly from Frankfurt to Osaka. Even if I go see a psychiatrist, I will not get authorization. How can you diagnose a person if they are safe to fly from one visit? What, I would need to go through six months of therapy before the doctor is assured I am able to fly on a 12 hour flight? So even though they were confident I can take short flights, but for a long flight, even though I was given medication to help me with my desire to smoke, they did not want to take any chances. Paranoid people!

In London, we did some sightseeing, and I attended my business meeting. You also could not smoke in London hotel rooms! A few days latter we were ready to fly back to Japan. We took a taxi to Heathrow airport. During the ride to the airport I had butterflies in my stomach that I will not be able to fly from Frankfurt to Osaka and my wife would have to return by herself. I was running different scenarios in my head as to how I would get back to Japan from Frankfurt. We got to the airport and checked in to Osaka flight. I asked the check in clerk if I was cleared to fly all the way to Osaka. She said yes. I sort of doubted her answer, thinking I was only cleared to Frankfurt and once there I would be told I cannot board on the Frankfurt to Osaka flight! Not being able to do anything at that point, I was resolved just to fly to Frankfurt and deal with the later problem when I get there. Remember, I was told to call Lufthansa for clearance of Frankfurt to Osaka flight, but I never called. Our flight was being delayed because of the weather. When finally, a few hours later, we saw on the monitor instructions for boarding, we proceeded to the gate. Just before going through the boarding gate an airline clerk checked our boarding passes and told us that we need to recheck in for another flight because we will not be able to make the connecting flight from Frankfurt to Osaka. He said that if a close flight was not available with Lufthansa, we will be able to fly with another airline with no additional cost. We went back through immigration, for the second time, and went to Lufthansa ticket office. We were told there was no convenient connecting flight with Lufthansa today and that they will put us on JAL. We got our tickets and spent 4 hours at the terminal waiting to board the flight. I did not mind the wait! I was happy to get away from Lufthansa. We boarded the JAL direct flight from London to Osaka. Not to have the same experience of smoking again, I put like 3 nicotine patches on my body and kept sucking on the plastic cigarette inhaler all the away back home. It still bothered me, and I wanted to smoke a real cigarette. But I did not have the withdrawal shakes.

I feel as smokers our rights are not respected by the society. Even though there are people who do not like smoke around them, the society should not suppress and oppress smokers’ needs. We as smokers, even if a minority, have the same rights as non smokers, who are the majority. I have been smoking for 30 years and I cannot just throw away my cigarettes because the society has decreed them illegal. Is society which is moral and prudish, next going to decide that sex among non married couples is illegal as well? Any unmarried woman who has sex and gets caught will have to wear a Venetian Chastity Belt and a man will have his thing chopped off?

I have a right to smoke and I wish to exercise my right!

America is trying to have it its own way again! In the recent turn of events between China and Tibet, America is acting like an Ass instead of trying to facilitate peace between two peoples.

Nanci Pelosi, the democratic congresswoman from California went to visit Dali Lama in Dharamsala, India and instead of helping the Tibetan people negotiate peace and autonomy with China, she pured gasoline on the fire inciting animosity from the Chinese, by telling China that, “China is evil and persecuting and oppressing Tibetan people, and she demands independence for Tibet!”

Nancy Pelosi, is an adept diplomat who does not care about Tibetan people but came to promote the alternative agenda of USA. What is she trying to do, make China look bad, so she can bring all the manufacturing jobs back to America? Please, that will never happen, the world relies on China for its low cost manufacturing.

Is she trying to promote democracy in China? Well, American pseudo-democracy is a political ideology that in practice does not really work. America suppresses its own minorities and silents unpopular believes . America denies its own citizens rights and tears apart families. Not allowing parents to be with their children, when parents are American citizens and children are not. America deprives its own citizens the rights over their own bodies all in the name of moral and righteousness. In America if a woman sells her body for sex that is illegal and she goes to jail, so does the man who buys sex from her. Eliot Spitzer, ex senator, righteous corruption fighter gets caught with a 5,000 usd hooker. In China even though prostitution is illegal, it is practiced and respected.

So what does dear pure Nancy trying to promote in China? Could she be trying to help her imperialistic regime to break China up in small regions like it has done to Russia? America wants to be the global king, the only superpower left in the world. America does not give a fuck in facilitating peace between people. The Israeli - Palestinian dilemma is evidence to such a fact. After decades of negotiations and fighting the two brothers are still at war.

Tibetan people cannot have independence today, but they can have an autonomy so their culture and heritage is preserved and not destroyed by the influx of Chinese tourist. And America can help it happen instead of getting on its high white horse preaching democracy! America brought democracy to imperial Japan, but at what cost? How many innocent civilians it murdered with firebombing and nuclear bombs? America trying to bring democracy to Iraq by pitting Shia and Sunni brothers against each other.

America is so self centered and pure that it thinks the whole world revolves around it. It preaches freedom and democracy to other nations but does not give it to its own people and imposes its liberties on other nations at the point of a gun. America is not the land of the free and the home of the brave, but the land of the hypocrites , the greedy, and the obese.

USA Visa Application Refused

Monday, January 14th, 2008

I was born in Leningrad, Russia and immigrated to USA with my family, via Israel, when I was 11 years old. Living in America was very hard for all of us, but I tried my best and graduated from New York University with a degree in finance and computer information technology.

After graduating NYU, I was not able to find a suitable job because of an economic downturn, so I decided to come live in Japan with my new Japanese wife that I have just met in New York. We both came to Japan, I thinking of working as an English teacher and my wife not really knowing what she was going to do. By sheer luck I brought with me Gutamala friendship bracelets which I wholesaled at Harajuku for one usd each. After that I decided to start an import company, which I ran and managed for 10 years.

We were doing really well and saved up some money and even thinking of coming back to live in the USA, but one day when we went on vacation to Hawaii the USA immigration took away my American green card. They told me that because I spend most of my time outside America I cannot have a green card. Both my parents became neturalized American citizens, but because I was over 18 years of age at the time of application I did not become American citizen automatically but had to apply on my own, which I did not because I was busy running my business in Japan.

Now everytime I wanted to go to America I had to get a visa, which I was granted but had to come up with a lot of paper work. During that time, my father died at the age of 65 and I was not able to attend his funeral. My brother died from cancer at the age of 46, and I was not able to attend his funeral. I was not able to attend both their funerals because I did not have a valid visa at the time.

Four years ago, after living in Japan for 14 years, I’ve tried getting a USA visa so I can visit my mother who is 78 years old now and lives all alone, and the USA consulant in Osaka, Japan refused my visa, saying that I cannot prove intent of not wanting to immigrate to USA. My mother is sick and she does not have any living reletives who can help her. A few times when I called her I found her in a hospital on her death bed. God help me, for American is wrong! She is an American citizen and I her son cannot visit her. America claims it is fighting for freedom and democracy, but meanwhile it does not respsect its citizens human rights and The US Bill of Rights
