Youtube Bans Creative Videos
Youtube and Google Censors Users
I sent this complaint email to Youtube, Google, and ACLU, but I still did not get a responds. Email was sent on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 12:36 A, Japan time, which is 8:00 Am Pacific Time. Youtube is a 24 hour Global company, owned by Google.

I believe my video of Japanese Girl Orgasm was improperly removed. Their is no sexual scene in the video. It is a parody video of a girl having an orgasm.
This creative video has been Banned by Youtube. While Youtube allows porn and Anti-Semitism videos it Censors creative videos.

I received a warning that the video is inappropriate. I have been using Youtube for almost 2 years now and never had a problem.
Is this indiscriminate Censorship?

Youtbe Censors creative videos while it allows Porn and Anti-Semitism videos to show on its network!!!
I want this matter addressed or I will share my grievance with other members of Social Media via FaceBook and other Social Media networks.

Youtube have been very public about their new policies on various things, such as people using a single frame of a hot chick just to get clicks.
I would certainly charaterise your title as suggesting X rated content, and then it doesn’t even deliver!
Clearly in violation, a marketing ploy on a site looking to become legitimate and safe.
It is your fault, and I am not sure why you always CC so many people who are not really related.

There was really not much here to get banned. Not even naked body parts. And there are plenty more videos on YouTube that could be. Who’d you piss off this time Igor. Sounds like fun.

I fail to see any problem with Igor’s video. my guess is google didn’t even watch the video, but reacted to a public witch hunt. This kind of environment has gone far enough. I have not had a problem on Google, but twitter censors my accounts. I expect better due process from corporations who are worth more then most countries.

Noah, it has been almost 12 hours now and neither Youtube or Google responded. We are living in the NWO where customers are irrelevant and censorship is mob rules.

im drowsy so forgive me if i ramble…
while youtube, google(GOOG) or skynet has its faults that i love to talk about, they are publishers just like us and can be held liable for content their users distribute.
they have to be heavy handed with the censor button now or fight more and more lawsuits. and many of these issues havent been decided yet in court so there are still many precedents left to be set. someone is going to have to foot the bill for these important issues though
so unfortunately your argument should be directed at the legislation, or lack there of…
and the easiest way for a dude like u to do that is to join the aclu, lol

Marc I would love to join, but why do I have to pay membership fees?
Maybe I am cheap maybe I am not, but if I am fighting the war against injustice to protect others, why do I have to pay?
Will joining the association will provide me some special clout or something. I need to read up on it a bit.

As far as Google having to face liable, Google should face liable for calling me a undesirable and putting me in bad standings with my account.

Igor I am not sure I understand all the fuss around it…..
On YouTube one often can come across a video that in order to watch it one need to confirm his or her age…. I have never posted any videos of the type but evidently there is a way to rate the video you post. Maybe if you rated it for a restricted audience it would not have gotten flagged.
The end result is that they found your video inappropriate, it’s their right and they do not have to explain anything.
Just if you find this comment inappropriate you can simply delete it and owe me no explanation.
I just do not get it. Sorry.

Hey Vlad, thanks for commenting. On Yutube, there is no place to tell them that the video is for over 18 years old. Actually the video would have to have some raunchy Sex scene to be labeled over 18.
I wounder who rates these things? But my video is very innocent. There is no nakedness no lewdness. Just an Asian girl jumping up and down!
What is inappropriate about that?
One must be very horny and have a vivid imagination to think it is real Sex.
I think my video was flagged by a Social Media mob hit! It got a contract called!

What I think (like most things) there’s some stupid conservative group who realised what it could be and insta-banned it. It happened to Katie West with her tasteful nudes on Flickr a while back. My parents once showed an ad for their business which once hinted at saying “HOLY SHI- and changed to HOLY TOSHIBA” - it lasted one whole night on air in Broken Hill. (they did not make the ad, it was a toshiba standard that aired elsewhere around Australia).
Find something on youtube that pisses you off tonight, Igor. Report it and I bet if it has “questionable content” it will be off the net tomorrow.

I doubt this is bannable in a pre-rebranding YouTube, however, Andy is right — they are trying to change their image. I couldn’t tell you whether it could be removed in today’s climate.
